Before opening, we provide two weeks of intensive training for your staff. This comprehensive program covers everything needed to run your store efficiently and to the highest standards, ensuring your first customers have an exceptional experience. Staff will practice making our signature dishes, serving (mock) customers, and handling daily tasks to perfection.
Our industry-leading training also covers key areas like food hygiene, allergen awareness, and health & safety regulations, so you’re fully compliant from day one. The final phase of training involves on-the-job supervision, where our experienced team helps manage the store during the first 7 days of opening. This hands-on support ensures smooth service, helps establish efficient systems, and fosters a positive work culture while assisting with rota creation and stock management.
